The Facility Engineering position involves overseeing maintenance and improvement of facility systems, ensuring compliance with safety policies, and coordinating repair and installation activities to enhance operational efficiency.

Kewajiban

• Work according to preventive maintenance schedule is the most productive to reduce time breakdown of machinery and increase the efficiency of the facility system.
• Perform general request task to success within timeline and good quality.
• Oversee all repair, installation, maintenance, construction and renovation activities.
• Work/maintain the high level of service/repair by complying with quality parameter as well as on time against planned schedule.
• Improve Utility and facility system due to factory activity.
• Coordinate to supply stability and need to process machine.
• Participate in the energy conservation team.
• Ensure SHE (Safety/Health/Environment) policies would always comply.
• Report progress and result to Utility and Facility Manager.
• Make plans for execute repair, installation and improvement task.
• Coordinate with utility technicians or subcontractors to achieve project.
• Perform any assigned tasks by The Controller and Manager.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering of Mechanical, Mechatronic, Electrical, Electronics, Industrial or relevant.
• 5 - 6 years of relevant experience in Manufacturing Utility and Facility environment.
• Leadership and service mind.
• Computer literacy: Microsoft office.
• Engineering software: Auto Cad, Solid Work, PLC.
• Having Person Responsible for Energy license will be advantage.
• Intermediate or good English skill and communication skill.
• Intermediate or good fundamental of Utility and Facility system.
• Project management: cost, timeline etc.
• Having knowledge of Quality standard ISO9001, GMP will be advantage.
• Promptly to support critical tasks in some weekend.
• Can perform/oversee annual preventive maintenance in long holiday.
