Kewajiban
• Manage and maintain top sellers in the region, ensuring their business performance on the platform meets expectations.
• Provide customized support plans to top sellers to help them increase sales and operational efficiency.
• Organize regional top seller cooperation programs and events to strengthen their partnership with the platform.
• Collect and feedback sellers’ needs and suggestions to drive the optimization of platform features and services.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Above eight years of experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably in the e-commerce or technology industry.
• Proven track record of managing and growing a portfolio of high-value accounts, with a focus on driving revenue and customer loyalty.
• Strong understanding of the SEA market and the ability to navigate complex business environments.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and delivering results under pressure.
