The SVP-Operational and Information Technology Risk Management is responsible for achieving the objectives of the department by overseeing all activities related to operational and IT risk management, ensuring alignment with the Bank’s goals and industry standards.
Kewajiban
• Accomplish Operational and Information Technology Risk Management’s objectives by planning, supervising, controlling and supporting all activities in the department
• Set out an operational risk management strategy, framework and tools to align with the Bank’s goal and direction, aiming to effectively manage operational risks, and to align with relevant standards and industry practice
• Implement operational risk management policies, framework and tools across the Bank and to identify, measure and monitor operational risks associated with business product and process activities including new product initiatives
• Develop IT Risk Management framework for identification, assessment and mitigation of information technology risk management across the Bank
• Implement business continuity management framework across the Bank and evaluate the effectiveness of BCM and BCP when a crisis situation occurs
• Prepare reports for management and external regulators as requested
• Review and improve the operating procedures of the overall Operational and Information Technology Risk Management to ensure quality and efficiency
• Collaborate with other functions to develop the best practice for Operational and Information Technology Risk Management and achieve common goals
• Create strong Operational and Information Technology Risk Management team by developing and coaching employees in own team
• Complete other duties which were assigned by supervisor
Kualifikasi
• University degree or above in Risk Management, Banking, Finance, IT or related field
• At least 10 years experience in Operational or IT Risk or relevant function in banking industry
• Excellent knowledge of Banking products, Banking Process, Operational and IT risk functions
• Good analytical, interpersonal and communication and people management skills
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Ability to motivate teams, multi-task, handle competing priorities, and follow through
