The Credit Card Product Manager in Retail Banking is responsible for developing and managing credit card products, ensuring compliance with regulations, and enhancing user experience through effective marketing strategies.
Kewajiban
• Work with the team to develop a credit card business operating model, build up credit card product and marketing 4Ps.
• Collect market information, local practices, and applicable regulations.
• Work with the team to develop an E2E business plan and communicate with BOT/ card schemes to get approvals and licenses.
• Collaborate with the team to execute the implementation and design credit card product CVP to the market, provide usage programs and deliver user experience for cardholders.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience, master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in credit card industry or related functions.
• Direct experience in any credit card field: products, usage campaigns, loyalty programs, customer portfolio management etc.
• Strong in understanding of payment products business model, profitability metrics, impact of card features, rewards and other related product metrics. Understanding models of e-wallet, Prompt Pay, online payments or any relevant coverage is a plus.
• Experience with developing the partnership with card schemes (Visa, Mastercard), potential co-brand partners, key strategic partners, and service providers and be capable to drive value from the partnerships to grow the card business.
• Own a strategic view based on strong in understanding of payment landscapes, market, competitors, and customer preference.
• Excellent communication skill, fluently communicate in English.
