The Business Analyst (Trade Finance & Treasury) will engage with stakeholders to gather and document requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and facilitate collaboration among various teams to enhance project efficiency.
Kewajiban
• Discuss and document requirements with stakeholders and subject matter experts
• Translate business requirements into technical requirements and create user stories
• Collaborate with business, application leads, QA analysts
• Liaison between business and clients
• Facilitate meetings, educational workshops for team members; Perform release handovers
• Incorporate user suggestions into projects/stories
• Acquire product/service/project knowledge; Research solutions to increase efficiency
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Management Information System, Information Technology or related field.
• 1 years in Trade Finance business
• 3 years in Banking and Financial Services
• Good in English speaking and writing
