Detail posisi

Production supervisor is responsible to control production team to ensure smooth operation such as manpower arrangement, raw material, and packaging material. Monitors and controls the usage of raw material, packaging material etc., to comply with the standard. Supervises subordinates and provides on the job coaching & feedback and training.

Kewajiban

• Responsible for day-to-day supervision of production direct reports regarding work needs, quality, safety, scrap and other aspects of production performance.
• Routine inspection for quality, defects, and process problems, materials, equipment or skills.
• Manage individual performance issues of direct reports in areas such as attendance, performance reviews, training and development.
• Ensure daily production planning and actual.
• Must be able to walk production area for majority of work shifts. May extend beyond 8 hours in overtime situations, include weekends or alternate work schedule arrangements.
• Must be physically able to work in sometimes awkward situations with manufacturing equipment and handle.
• Ensure shift employees are following safe work practices and procedures consistently and completely. Audits for compliance and addresses safety issues in a timely manner.
• Train shift associates in proper procedures, coaches them to improve results, and evaluates performance.

Kualifikasi

• Degree in Engineering, Science and another field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in high-volume manufacturing environment and at least 4 years as Supervisor.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and team management.
• Knowledge in Lean manufacturing, QCC, PDCA, 7 Wastes would be advantage.
• Knowledge of Quality Management, ISO 9001, and Safety.
• Able to lead team more than 50 Operators.
• Able to work on shift pattern.
