Detail posisi

The Process Engineer is responsible for planning and characterizing processes for new products and materials, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and improving manufacturing efficiency.

Kewajiban

• Responsible for planning and process characterization for new products, materials, equipment, or processes to meet customer requirements.
• Control and fix process deviation.
• Correct and control the root cause of failure.
• Monitor and control the process and manufacturing yield with accurate tools, and a feedback system, and productivity and cost reduction targets are met.
• Maintain official standard papers, such as process specifications, material specifications, drawings, working specifications, process flows, FMEAs, control plans, troubleshooting, and contingency plans, that are released with accurate data.
• Ensure that all the required documents & systems are in place to meet ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and IATF16949 or other quality system requirements.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, and Electrical Engineering.
• At least 3 years’ experience in product/process or production engineering preferably in an electronics components manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of PFMEA, Control plan, QC tools, MSA, SPC, DOE, and Engineering statistics.
• Strong computer and analytical skills, including database management and data analysis tools such as Microsoft Office, Auto CAD, Minitab, SQL, and SAP would be an advantage.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving by using engineering tools and technology.
• Good Command of English (Able to communicate well with foreigners)
• Experience in communicating with global material/machine/equipment makers and collaborating to transfer, install, improve, and solve any technical issue.
• Experience in semiconductors assembly, electronics device assembly, resistance welding technology, instrument and inspection equipment, automated inspection systems, molding technology, laser technology, and sensors would be an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
