The Senior Accountant (AP) is responsible for managing accounts payable processes, preparing financial statements, and ensuring accurate financial reporting.

Kewajiban

• Closing the month end.
• Preparing Financial Statement and Note to Financial Statement.
• Verifying the documents for payment before settling payable.
• Preparing the data entry of payment transactions through the use of accounting software.
• Preparing journal entries for accrued payable.
• Summarizing and report on related issues arising from the payment transactions.
• Controlling and resolve creditor aging.
• Preparing routine financial entries and post financial transaction, reconcile entries and internal ledgers to financial reporting system.
• Preparing Por. Ngor. Dor 50, 51.
• Preparing detail of financial statement from Accounting Software.
• Supporting on any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor Degree in accounting.
• Minimum of 2 years in accounting field.
• Ability to succeed in a team environment, understanding of accounting processes, procedure and internal controls, ability to adapt quickly and learn new tasks independently.
• Good communication skills.
