The Cross Border Transportation Sales Representative is responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, analyzing market trends, and ensuring customer satisfaction while promoting cross-border trucking services.

Kewajiban

• Work closely with Sales Manager and planning team to ensure all plans as well as well organise measured to meet customer expectations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, oversea agents, truck owner in order to further the company business interests.
• Visit both existing customers and new customers and prepare sales weekly report to upper management.
• Analysis market, competitors and market trends to generate sales performance by offering CBT service or additional valued service included conduct field sales to apply the same.
• Support sales promotion and marketing of cross-border trucking services.
• Ensure customers' satisfaction and on quality of services.
• Attend to sales enquiries and customers' complaints.
• Coordinate with customers on sales activities.
• Assist in preparation of sales reports.
• Promotion, sales and marketing of cross-border trucking services.
• Hunt for new customer accounts across all industries.
• Service key major accounts.
• Visit and services customers.
• Ensure customers' satisfaction and on quality of service.
• Attend to sales enquiries and customers' complaints.
• Support RFQ, RFP and RFI.
• Prepares monthly sales and marketing activities reports.
• Prepare regular monthly report on profit and loss for each customers and also prepare regular report (eg. forecast, flash report with sales ranking).
• Able to give advice or recommendation to operation team in order to improve work efficiency.
• Others the assignment by line manager.

Kualifikasi

• Education : Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economic, International Business, Logistics or related fields.
• Year of experience : At least 3 year experienced in sales function (Preferably for Industrial and Freight Forwarder).
• Good command of English, both of written and spoken.
• Smooth communicate both inside and overseas.
• Able to operate PC and Microsoft Office.
• Own car is a must.
