Detail posisi

The Air & Sea Freight Inside Sales position involves supporting outside sales efforts, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Kewajiban

• Support outside sales to expanding new business and maintain existing customers.
• Support sales promotion and marketing of airfreight services
• Support sales-persons and services customers.
• Ensure customers' satisfaction and on quality of services.
• Attend to sales enquiries and customers' complaints.
• Coordinate with customers on sales activities.
• Assist in preparation of sales reports.
• Prepare of precise and completed quotation (RFQ) to the customer on time or to full fill customer's demand after getting inquiry.
• Follow up with customer and overseas inquiry such as shipment status, related documents, billing, claim, report, and other requirements.
• Coordinate with Customer Service and other sections in order to share relevant information to support customer requirements smoothly.
• Follow up and solve the problem that caused by other sections.
• Prepare activity report on time.
• Other job assignment from line managers.

Kualifikasi

• Education : Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economic, International Business, Logistics or related fields.
• Year of experience : At least 1 years experienced in a sales function (Preferably for Industrial and Freight Forwarder).
• Other qualification :
• Good command of English, both of written and spoken. Toeic 650
• Smooth communicate both inside and overseas.
• Able to operate PC and Microsoft Office.
• Immediate or quick to start working is preferred.
