The Air Export Customer Service Officer is responsible for managing customer interactions related to air export shipments, ensuring accurate documentation, and coordinating with various teams to facilitate smooth operations.
Kewajiban
• Contact customer to get cargo information and inform booking confirmation to customer.
• Create job in Daily planning and create HAWB in UFS.
• Cooperate with transportation, shipping & paperless, consolidation, warehouse and packing team per shipping instruction and send DRAFT HAWB to get approval from customer.
• Send Pre-alert to destination office and attach shipping document.
• Avoid and reduce any extra cost by human error.
• Filling export docs based J-SOX and ISO audit.
• Provide, monitor report, shipment daily/monthly report as per customer's requirement.
• Check the on-board report from consolidation team and inform all irregularities notice to shipper and overseas team at destination countries such as flight delay, off-loading, partial flight schedules, etc.
• Inform booking and consolidation team to investigate all damage cargo cases with the airlines and keep updating customer to have the same information.
• Provide requisition payment when get billing from suppliers company before closing accounting period.
• Check HAWB with invoice and packing list about shipper name, consignee name, trade terms and destination airport. Also, we must check all charges on HAWB to match with the quotation.
• Others the assignment by line manager.
Kualifikasi
• วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขา ธุรกิจระหว่างประเทศ หรืออื่น ๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์ในด้านงานส่งออก 2 ปี ขึ้นไป
• สามารถทำงานล่วงเวลาได้
• สามารถใช้ Microsoft Office ได้ดี
• สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี
• ทำงานใต้ภาวะกดดันได้
• พร้อมเริ่มงานได้ทันทีจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
