Detail posisi

This role Digital Marketing Manager by implementing and managing tasks responsibilities assigned to maintain our brand image and awareness and also increase sale volume. It will focus on Media management especially on an Online Marketing. Otherwise, also support Event & Exhibition team and In-house Creative team.

Kewajiban

• Planning, development and implementation of all of the company’s digital marketing plan.
• Manage company social media tools and ensure content is relevant according to the communication plan, up to date, and engaging to consumers. Working with the Media agency and other suppliers for develop the media plan (focus on Digital media plan) that will detail goals and objectives for all online efforts, including website, digital advertising, and social media.
• Manage the accounting process for the Digital Marketing Budget to ensure accurate reporting of expenses to finance and provide team with monthly updates to facilitate forecasting and allow informed decision making.
• Work closely with internal departments and external agencies to implement marketing communication initiatives. Fulfill Commercial and other department requests for marketing tools support, including customer promotion activities, promotional materials, sales collateral and/or product information.
• Oversee implementation and approval process of any creative artwork, package, and label for all brand.
• Participate in planning, implementing, managing in an Event & Exhibition team for all special event, exhibition, trade shows etc. including printed materials.
• Provide monthly media report on all digital marketing projects. Track and monitor the competitive digital marketing report.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or other related fields
• Minimum 4 -5 years of experience in Digital Marketing and/or e-Commerce.
• Strong background in developing and implementing digital activities, preferably for FMCG brands
• Possess experience in working cross functionally and inspiring and evangelizing digital and eCommerce
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills
• Strong project and change management as well as implementation skills
• Sound knowledge of SEO/SEM, display, native, social, in-app media
• Technically savvy and demonstrate an understanding of digital tools and solutions (Salesforce, DMP, CIAM, CMT, Google Analytics, Brightedge, CLAVIS)
