As the National Contract Logistics Procurement Manager at Kuehne+Nagel Thailand, you will lead strategic procurement initiatives to optimize supply chain operations. This role involves negotiating with suppliers, managing contracts, and ensuring cost-effective procurement solutions.
Kewajiban
Your Responsibilities
• To develop + upskill procurement organization to form a competence center at country level.
• To come up with procurement (sourcing + purchasing) related guidelines + work instructions in alignment with corporate or regional teams, ensuring delivery against business objectives.
• To create standardized reporting tools, templates + dashboards to enhance transparency.
• To monitor + ensure compliance across all procurement activities.
• To develop category management tools + templates in alignment with corporate standards.
• To manage vendors including development of master frame agreements + vendor databases, review + approve vendors, understanding their core competencies + competitive positioning.
• To roll out implementation plan for all current + future tools related to the procurement activities in alignment with internal standards.
• To drive activities that enhance savings, reduce cost ratios by developing + implementing structured processes through leveraging, bulk sourcing + optimization.
Operational / Tactical duties
• Review purchase requests
• Sourcing for all goods and services excluding business travel, office consumables, IT equipment (PC, laptop, printer, network, etc.), and transportation.
• Sourcing for all goods and services related to operations, including but not limited to facilities (all leasehold improvements), MHE, storage equipment, equipment and assets within warehouses, warehouse consumables, freight forwarding consumables, packaging consumables, transportation consumables, facility & equipment maintenance.
Leadership Responsibility
• Being the Facility Workstream Lead for Customer Onboarding projects
• Reviewing and prioritizing tasks to serve BD and operations needs
Financial Responsibility
• Cost optimization against required technical specifications and timelines
• PO management and BIA compliance
Kualifikasi
Your Skills And Experiences
• At least 5 years of experience in facility and procurement background in 3PL environment
• Has strong network with the vendors and technical knowledge of how to setup warehouse
• Strong people and stakeholder management
• Proficient in English and Thai is mandatory
