Kuehne+Nagel Thailand is seeking a visionary National Contract Logistics Manager (Head of Department) to drive excellence and efficiency in our operations. In this pivotal role, you’ll oversee end-to-end logistics solutions, foster strategic partnerships, and ensure seamless supply chain management.

Kewajiban

Your primary objective will be to lead the Contract Logistics business unit within a global + regional matrix organisation to achieve all agreed financial + operational objectives working with a variety of internal + external stakeholders.
• To develop new business opportunities, engaging your specialist + operational teams to deliver in accordance with agreed customer service levels and within our financial targets.
• To drive the successful on-boarding of new customers in a dynamic business environment.
• To be responsible for the overall financial management + success of the business unit.
• To drive productivity via engagement activities to create new initiatives focusing on continuous improvement at all times.
• To develop + implement customer retention strategies + activities.

Kualifikasi

• At least 5-10 years of experience as Head of Department in Contract Logistics.
• Strong network within the industry.
• Both operationally and commercially driven, solid people manager.
