Your primary objective is to ensure accurate documentation declaration entry with custom regulations while optimizing customs clearances activities.

Kewajiban

• To check the precision of the document declarations.
• To acquire product details and information required to accurately to complete official customs declarations.
• To stay relevant with the knowledge for products requiring a license.
• To coordinate with the relevant teams and deliver shipments smoothly.
• To ensure the timely delivery of shipments in line with customer expectations.
• To review and validate system data (electronic data interface) to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with customs regulations.

Kualifikasi

• Over 2 years experience as Customs Clearance Officer
• Details oriented
• Experience in entering draft entry
• Experience using NETBEY is preferred but not a must
• English writing skills (Email)
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Experience in global freight forwarder is preferred but not a must
• Experience in Air Logistics product is preferred
• This is long termed contract base position with full benefits
