The Web Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and managing website projects, as well as developing and implementing SEO strategies to enhance online visibility and traffic.
Kewajiban
• Plan, organize, and manage website projects, including website pages and landing pages
• Coordinate with the Business Team, Web Developers, UX/UI Designers, IT Team, UAT Team, and agencies
• Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and keyword rankings
• Analyze website traffic, SEO metrics, and the effectiveness of product, promotion, and campaign pages
• Optimize SEO on-page elements for product, promotion, and campaign pages
• Keep up to date with the latest SEO trends, strategies, and algorithm updates
• Share knowledge of SEO best practices, including site navigation, breadcrumbing, internal linking (with anchor text optimization), and HTML sitemaps, to teams
Kualifikasi
• Experience in web development and design, with a proven track record of successful projects
• Strong understanding of web development tools and technologies, including both on-page and off-page SEO optimization and ranking strategies
• In-depth knowledge of search engine optimization practices, algorithms, and ranking methods, with hands-on experience in technical and content optimization
• Experience in conducting keyword research and selecting keywords to drive qualified traffic and leads.
• Familiarity with website analytics tools and SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.)
