The Acquisition Marketing Manager is responsible for increasing the number of new potential and qualified members for KTC P’Berm (Auto Loan) through strategic planning, product development, and the creation of new sales channels.
Kewajiban
• Plan to increase the number of new potential and qualified members/volume of KTC P’Berm (Auto Loan)
• Develop the product that is suitable for each targeted group on an end-to-end basis
• Create multiple new sales channels to effectively expand the KTC P’Berm (Auto Loan) business market
• Provide and coordinate with new business partners to create new sales channels and increase number of new members
• Track/analyze/report on the status of ongoing marketing projects and plan to improve the business ongoing projects effectively
• Coordinate with relevant departments such as risk management, legal, compliance, IT, distribution, and other departments in the process of product and service development to meet industry benchmarks/targets and reach the results according to the objectives
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's degree or master's degree in marketing, finance, economics, or related fields
• At least 5 years of direct experience in the auto loan business and/or credit card business in terms of planning to increase the number of new loan members and find effective sales channels / develop products, services and create marketing programs for new credit members
• Understand the auto loan business competition conditions and comprehend on how to conduct business effectively
• High working flexibility and strong in creative thinking
• Effective communication skills in English (Speaking, Reading, and Writing)
• High experience in using Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Power Point, and Word)
