The Accountant position involves maintaining financial records, processing transactions, and ensuring compliance with regulations while providing financial insights and support for decision-making.

Kewajiban

• Financial Record Keeping: Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, journals, and financial statements.
• Transaction Processing: Record and track day-to-day financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Account Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other financial statements to ensure accuracy.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and stakeholders, highlighting key trends and variances.
• Budget Preparation: Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, providing insights based on past financial performance.
• Compliance Monitoring: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations as well as internal policies and procedures.
• Audit Support: Assist with internal and external audits by providing required documentation and explanations of financial activities.
• Cost Analysis: Analyze financial data and provide recommendations for cost-effective measures and budgetary adjustments.
• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and summarize financial information for management decision-making.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in accounting or financial analysis (1-3 years for entry-level; more for senior roles).
• Knowledge of accounting principles and regulations (GAAP or IFRS).
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
