The position of Deposit and Wealth IT Solutions (VP) involves managing a team to deliver IT solutions for the banking sector, providing technical leadership, and ensuring quality deliverables.

Kewajiban

• Manage Deposit and Wealth Solution team to deliver project and change requests related to this business area
• Provide technical leadership to the application development and support team
• Communicate with users about their needs then translate into recommended IT solutions
• Technical designs with simple, sustainable, and reusable solutions
• Understand application’s architecture/environment
• Monitor and ensure quality deliverables and provide support in case of system incidents
• Maintenance of application programs & interfaces

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or relevant field
• 10 or more years of experiences in IT, Banking Solution Industry
• Proven work experience as Team Leader in the IT, Core Banking – Deposit and Wealth Solution
• Excellent communication skills, with an ability to translate data into actionable activities
• Experience with software development and project implementation both waterfall and agile approach
• Deep knowledge and understanding of information technology approaches, architectures, tools and methodologies
• Experience with COBOL programming, JCL and z/OS environment is advantage but not mandatory
