The Cash Operation and Customer Data Services Officer is responsible for managing cash inventories, controlling cash logistics, performing cash forecasting, and ensuring smooth daily operations for cash services.
Kewajiban
• Manage & Control cash inventories (Bank Note Thai /FCY and coins) to have sufficient fund to service all cash service locations within responsible Cash service Points under insurance coverage limit.
• Manage and control cash logistic services for all routings for responsible area to service both internal and external customers, about Thai Baht and Foreign currency with completeness and timeliness.
• Perform control cash forecasting for Branch, Exchange booths, ATM / RATM Replenishment before submitting orders to Outsource company and do daily monitoring for all kind of services to ensure daily operations can be run smoothly in responsible area.
• Control service for customer Cash Pick Up and Cash Delivery have to be done completely as per agreed to customer. - Perform for withdrawal amount and swap transactions with the Bank of Thailand and exchanging coins into banknotes at The Mint Division, The Treasury Department. กองกษำปณ์ กรมธนำรักษ์.
• Perform Cash Pick Up service daily transactions via Importer Program On CLM System preparing for approval.
• Perform Cash Center deposit and withdrawal transactions into CLM System - Perform Banknote data sorting into CLM System.
• Provide Monthly report to summarize all kind of transactions volume.
• Provide ATM/RATM maintenance monthly report - Reconcile for shortage and excess amount against G/L Account as monthly basis.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor’s degree of Business Administration business, Financial, Economics, Accounting.
• Experience in Banking industry at least 3 years.
• Good command of English.
