เจ้าหน้าที่ประเมินราคา (Appraisal Officer) มีหน้าที่ในการประเมินราคาหลักประกันสำหรับผลิตภัณฑ์สินเชื่อทุกประเภท เพื่อสนับสนุนกระบวนการให้สินเชื่อและตรวจสอบผลงานการก่อสร้างต่างๆ รวมถึงการประเมินราคาทรัพย์สินของธนาคาร.

Kewajiban

• ประเมินราคาหลักประกัน สำหรับผลิตภัณฑ์สินเชื่อทุกประเภท เพื่อสนับสนุนกระบวนการให้สินเชื่อ
• ตรวจสอบผลงานการก่อสร้างต่างๆ
• ตรวจสอบการประเมินราคาของผู้ประเมินอิสระภายนอก
• ประเมินราคาทรัพย์สินของธนาคาร / ทบทวนประเมินราคาหลักประกันของหลักทรัพย์ที่เป็นประกันสินเชื่อกับธนาคารแล้ว

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's Degree and higher in Economics, Law and General Management or related field.
• Experience about 1 - 5 years in Appraisal and Collateral Valuation.
• Strong knowledge in Real Estate and Banking Business.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skill.
