An Operations Excellence (OpEx) Manager is responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives across an organization, ensuring that processes are efficient, effective, and aligned with business goals. This role involves leading lean manufacturing practices, process optimization, and performance improvement strategies to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve overall operational efficiency.

• Continuous Improvement Strategy:
• Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, waste reduction, and cost savings across the organization.
• Lead the deployment of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies.

2.Process Optimization:
• Analyze current processes and workflows to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
• Collaborate with different departments to streamline processes and eliminate waste.
• Implement best practices and standardize processes to ensure consistency and quality.

3.Performance Management:
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of process improvements.
• Monitor and report on operational performance, identifying areas for further improvement.
• Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

4.Change Management:
• Lead change management efforts to ensure the successful adoption of new processes and improvements.
• Engage and train employees at all levels to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Manage resistance to change and ensure smooth transitions during process changes.

5.Project Management:
• Lead and manage improvement projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure success.

6.Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma:
• Implement and sustain lean manufacturing practices across production and operational areas.
• Lead Six Sigma projects to improve process quality and eliminate defects.
• Train and mentor employees in lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

7.Quality Improvement:
• Work closely with quality assurance teams to improve product and service quality.
• Implement corrective actions to address quality issues and prevent recurrence.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

8.Cost Reduction:
• Identify and implement cost reduction strategies without compromising quality or customer satisfaction.
• Optimize resource utilization to reduce operational costs.
• Monitor and control expenses related to process improvements and projects.

9.Team Leadership and Development:
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of process improvement professionals.
• Foster a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement within the team.
• Provide training and development opportunities to build the team's capabilities.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in operations excellence, process improvement, or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and influence stakeholders.
