• Relevant certifications (e.g., Azure, Network+, Security+, and DevOps)
• Proven experience in IT infrastructure management, including networking, endpoint, servers, and cloud services.
• Familiarity with application development or software engineering, ideally in languages relevant to Microsoft platform.
