The Creative Design Officer will be responsible for developing and executing innovative design concepts for our B2B advertising and marketing campaigns across both online and offline media. This role requires a strong background in creative idea generation, graphic design, and the ability to create compelling visual content that aligns with our business goals.
Kewajiban
• Develop and execute creative design concepts for B2B advertising campaigns, including print, digital, and multimedia formats.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements, target audience, and brand guidelines.
• Design compelling visuals for various marketing materials, including catalogue, flyers, social media graphics, presentations, social media graphics, email templates and website content.
• Ensure all designs align with the company’s brand identity and messaging.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment and high-quality work.
• Conduct research to understand the target audience and create designs that resonate with them.
• Collaborate closely with teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to develop integrated marketing campaigns and ensure high-quality production of marketing materials.
• Review and proofread designs to ensure they are free of errors and meet the highest quality standards.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design or a related field.
• Ability to think creatively and generate innovative ideas.
• Proven experience as a Creative Design Officer, Graphic Designer, or similar role, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative design work.
• Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and social media trends is a plus.
• Detail-oriented and deadline-driven.
• Excellent comprehension skills to understand feedback and project requirements communicated in English.
