The LCS Sales Coordinator – Spare Parts is responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, handling customer inquiries, processing quotations and orders, and coordinating spare part activities while providing support to the Sales Manager and Teams.
Kewajiban
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Handle customer inquiries, normal spare parts, spare part packages and overhaul packages
• Process quotations and orders in sales system including follow up delivery time
• Invoicing and follow up the payment
• Coordinate spare part activities and work closely with Service Teams, Material Management Team and Finance Team
• Provide support for Sales Manager and Teams
• Other relevant task as assigned by the management
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any related field
• At least 2 years of experience in sales support, sales coordinator field
• Good knowledge in SAP (preferable)
• Fluent in English language for business communication (verbal and written).
• Willing to work in Bangna area.
