Kewajiban
Tasks & responsibilities:
• Office Management: Overseeing daily office operations, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and ensuring office supplies are stocked.
• Communication: Acting as a point of contact for internal and external communications, including handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
• Record Keeping: Maintaining and organizing important documents, records, and files, ensuring they are easily accessible and up-to-date.
• Support Services: Providing administrative support to various departments, including preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
• Travel: Handling of travel arrangements and visa requirements for regional team (closely working with Krones Travel team), including expense claim verification (closely working with Krones Finance team).
• Finance/Supply Chain: Handling of purchase requisitions and order follow up, handling of expense claims in SAP/Salesforce system.
Kualifikasi
Qualifications:
• Can-do attitude and Service Mind.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Technological background.
• No experience required but diligent and reliable working attitude.
• Very good knowledge in MS office.
• Good command in English communication.
• Willing to work in Bangna area.
