The Supply Chain Coordinator Officer is responsible for managing purchase orders, coordinating with various teams to ensure timely product delivery, and maintaining stock levels.

Kewajiban

• Receive purchase orders (PO) from the ORHW team or product demand from the Konvy Offline or Konvy B2B teams. Verify accuracy and respond with the available quantity and delivery date to relevant parties.
• Coordinate with the Supply Chain Management Officer if stock levels are insufficient by informing them of the required quantity and schedule for delivery to the warehouse, prompting the Supply Chain Management Officer to issue a PO to the supplier.
• Coordinate with various teams, such as the Supply Chain Management Officer and Warehouse, to ensure that the products are complete and delivered on schedule.
• Create delivery orders (D/O) in the system and coordinate with the Konvy warehouse and Found & Found stores to ensure smooth and timely product delivery.
• Coordinate with the Merchandise and Admin Supply Chain teams for the creation of new products for ORHW.
• Coordinate with Konvy Offline and B2B teams for advance demand planning to notify the Supply Chain Management Officer to maintain sufficient stock levels.
• Check for products nearing expiration at Konvy Offline stores and coordinate with relevant parties to return items to the supplier per consignment terms.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Statistics or related fields.
• At least 1- 3 years’ experience in supply chain and inventory.
• Management or demand planning. Experience in retail industry would be an advantage.
• Commercial acumen, attention to details, logical thinking.
• Good communication & Coordinator.
• Good leadership skills especially in collaboration, responsiveness, problem solving, and decision making.
• Strong computer literacy especially Excel skills.
