We are looking for a data-driven and highly analytical Campaign Analyst to join our team. You will play a key role in developing pitch decks for brand collaborations, creating insightful dashboards to track performance, and supporting data-driven decisions to improve online sales campaigns. This role also involves tracking deal hunting progress and providing daily sales reports.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the team to develop compelling pitch decks that highlight campaign potential and value propositions for partner brands.
• Analyze market trends and competitor campaigns to enhance proposals.
• Design and maintain campaign performance dashboards to provide clear, actionable insights for the team and stakeholders.
• Visualize complex data in an understandable and impactful way using relevant tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
• Conduct post-campaign analysis to identify key learnings and improvements for future initiatives.
• Monitor and track deal hunting progress, ensuring accurate and timely reporting on ongoing negotiations and deals.
• Provide daily reports on sales performance and other key metrics related to active campaigns.
• Identify trends and anomalies in sales data to help the team optimize campaigns in real-time.
• Work closely with senior campaign manager, marketing, and merchandising teams to ensure campaigns run smoothly.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness and increase sales performance.
Kualifikasi
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Business, or related fields.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms or online sales campaigns.
• Proven 2 – 3 experiences in campaign analytics, data visualization, or business intelligence.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Google Sheets) and presentation tools (PowerPoint, Google slides).
• Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex information clearly.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Familiarity with data BI tools.
• Knowledge of market trends and the digital sales landscape.
