Regional Sales Manager (Offline Stores)

As a Sales Manager at Konvy, you will be responsible for driving sales performance and operational excellence within our retail stores. You will lead and develop a team of Beauty Advisors (BAs) to achieve sales targets, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain brand standards. Additionally, you will play a key role in recruiting new BAs and overseeing the operational setup of new stores.
Kewajiban
Sales & Performance Management:
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) across assigned stores.
• Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams to execute promotional campaigns and events.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability to meet customer demand.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Team Leadership & Development:
• Lead, motivate, and coach a team of Beauty Advisors (BAs) to achieve individual and team sales goals.
• Provide ongoing training and development to enhance BAs' product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service abilities.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to BAs.
• Recruit and onboard new BAs, ensuring they are well-equipped to succeed in their roles.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
• Enable to provide and set up Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to team
Store Operations & Setup:
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned retail stores, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
• Maintain optimal store conditions, including cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Play a leading role in the setup of new stores, including operational planning, staff training, and inventory management.
Additional Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and partners.
• Participate in budgeting and financial planning processes.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Represent Konvy at industry events and conferences.
Kualifikasi
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in retail sales management, preferably in the cosmetics or beauty industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading successful teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data, make informed decisions, and solve problems effectively.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and retail management software.
