Kewajiban
Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with brand teams and e-commerce platforms.
• Monitor and report on the performance of key accounts, identifying areas of opportunity of growth and reporting on key actionable items with results.
• Implement strategic plans to increase sales and market share for key accounts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create customized solutions that meet the specific needs of key accounts.
• Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales targets and drive growth.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.
• Close collaborations with brand and supply chain teams to ensure accuracy of product listings and promotion setup.
• Execute on e-commerce platform seller centers and ensure data accuracy.
• Prepare regular reports on account performance and present findings to senior management.
• Prepare monthly promotions and budget estimates for approval from brand team and management team.
Kualifikasi
Qualification:
• 1 - 3 year's experience in eCommerce/Online business/ Retail.
• Experience in KAM or Incubation.
• Strong analytical skill and detail-oriented.
• Good command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle ad-hoc and multiple projects simultaneously.
• Good personality, good communication, good analytic skill.
• Communication in English (might be an advantage).
• Can do attitude.
