Kewajiban
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of accounts receivable to ensure efficient and accurate processing including credit management, collections, and reconciliation.
• Verify the reconciliation of transactions and prepare accounting reports such as accounts receivable aging reports, debt collection report, sales tax report, and other accounting reports.
• Ensuring the timely collection of payments, negotiating with customers in cases when nonpayment occurs.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective resolution of customer issues.
• Implement process improvements to increase the efficiency and accuracy of AR process, maintain credit control policies and procedures.
• Supervise, train, and mentor a team of accounting clerks.
• Collaborate with external auditor.
• Other related tasks as assigned.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting.
• At least 5 years’ accounting & finance experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of TFRS for both NPAEs and PAEs, cost accounting, financial reporting process, and tax regulations.
• Experience from FMCG or e-commerce business will be advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Analysis skills, detail-oriented and able to identify problems, develop solutions and implement actions to resolve issues and ability to do process improvement.
• Able to demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail.
• Good in writing and speaking English.
