At KONE, our mission is to improve the flow of urban life by providing elevators, escalators, automatic building doors, and solutions for maintenance and modernization. The Service Technician’s role is to perform all service operations on site according to service contract requirements, company policies, and KONE processes.
Kewajiban
• Perform all the service operations on site, according to the service contract requirements, the company policies and the KONE processes.
• Interact with customers and end-users, the supervisor, the account representative, the KONE Customer Care Centre, technical support, the stock keeper, and inspectors or consultants as assigned.
• Technician specialization may be implemented depending on legislation, work rules, technician skills, technician turnover, local field organization, and equipment density.
Kualifikasi
• Diploma in the field of electronics, electrical power or mechanical.
• Local language skills.
• Own a motorcycle and license valid in Thailand.
• New grads are welcome.
