KONE Thailand Finance team is looking for a Financial Controller who will play a key role in leading the Financial Controlling team and act as a trusted Business Partner for business leaders in KONE Thailand organization.

Kewajiban

• Lead and run Finance operations in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner.
• Provide actionable insights about the direction of the business and drive initiatives for continuous improvement.
• Manage month-end closing process, statutory financial statements, tax, and other regulatory matters.
• Engage in monthly reporting and analysis of results and forecasts to management, as well as business reporting to the group.
• Ensure that KONE Group's predefined processes, guidelines, and policies are followed, ensuring accurate reporting and maintaining a high standard.
• Learn about KONE’s business while demonstrating and developing skills and competencies in leadership and technical areas.

Kualifikasi

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Finance or relevant field with CPD certification.
• At least 10 years of relevant work experience, preferably in an international organization.
• Strong accounting and financial controlling background with proven knowledge of IFRS as well as local statutory reporting and tax regulations.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Solution-focused with the ability to see the whole, but also likes to dive into details as needed.
• Great collaboration and influencing skills, and interested in working with business leaders and other stakeholders.
• Passion for continuous improvement and development.
• Good knowledge of SAP ERP, SAP BPC, and Qliksense.
• Fluent written and spoken Thai & English.
