The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for developing and executing inventory strategies, monitoring inventory levels, optimizing stock, and reporting key performance indicators to management.

Kewajiban

• Develop and execute inventory strategies.
• Monitor and forecast inventory levels.
• Optimize stock levels and reduce excess inventory.
• Analyze and improve inventory turnover.
• Report and Analyze KPI to top management.

Kualifikasi

• Good communication in English/ Japanese (optional).
• At least 5-7 years of experience in inventory management, supply chain planning, or related fields.
• Management or leadership experience is required, typically 2-3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Experience in spare parts of the construction business is preferable.
• Able to do Data Analysis: Knowledge of Excel, Access, or Power BI for inventory analysis.
• Able to work under pressure.
