The Marketing Specialist (Temp) is responsible for managing product information and ensuring data accuracy across platforms, while supporting marketing projects and coordinating with various teams.
Kewajiban
• Product Information Management: Connect with product category managers to regularly input and update product information including description, specification and images based on product announcement.
• Data Validation: Link existing product information, ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of product data across all platforms.
• Data flow & tracker: Play key role (product level) in data flow to launch SKUs to website; Update documentation to track the progress of SKU go live.
• PDP creation (Product Detail Page): Work closely with product category manage to create an e-commerce detail page.
• Work with external agencies with various related work streams such as content translation and publishing and facilitate reviews of the work produced with external stakeholders involved.
• Support marketing projects such as product books and videos.
• Cross-team Coordination: Work closely with multiple stakeholders of DataMart, product team, engineering, IT and PIM (Product information management) maintenance to integrate data from various sources into the PIM system, ensuring seamless data flow.
• Performs administrative and other duties as assigned by Director of Marketing.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing and business administration.
• 1-3 years’ experience and track record in product database management or product content management for websites or e-commerce.
• Strong data management skills.
• Solid practices in excel and online collaborative tools – SharePoint, JIRA, Trello, Asana.
• Well organized and collaborative personality.
• Capable of daily communication in English.
