Kewajiban
• Supports the KOS Manager in identifying, leading, implementing and tracking the projects.
• Analyze processes for efficiency gains and waste elimination.
• Support all plants in achieving their continuous improvement goals.
• Challenge conventional wisdom by demonstrating successful application of new methodologies, seeking out and piloting new tools, and creating innovative thinking.
• Analyze processes for efficiency gains and waste elimination.
• Implement new technology/processes to drive continuous improvement.
• Support all plants in achieving their continuous improvement goals.
• Analyses quality data and trends to identify opportunity for improvement.
• Supports Quality Plant Teams in increasing the effectiveness of processes.
• Acts in a cross-functional way involving all departments.
• Assist the KOS manager to drive continuous process improvements in safety, ergonomics,
• Quality, productivity and cost via Kohler Operation System.
• Supports the KOS Manager in identifying, leading, implementing and tracking the projects.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Industrial, Production Engineering or related fields.
• Lean Manufacturing methodologies, training and/ or implementation experience.
• At least 2 years’ experience in a process improvement/ industrial engineering role. Ceramic production experience preferred but not required.
• Working knowledge of Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma-based continuous improvement method.
