Detail posisi

The Sr. R & D Manager - Pet Food is responsible for leading product development in the pet food sector, ensuring food safety standards, and meeting customer expectations.

Kewajiban

• Know the market, customers and do new product development accordingly.
• Ensure that food safety is in line with standard requirements and meeting with customer and trade partner expectations.
• Study and analyze product quality, production cost, and monitor the product trend with Marketing Department in order to lay out product development plan.
• Production line improvement to meet with customer expectations and company standards.
• Coordinate with other relevant departments to ensure that the operation procedure running smoothly.
• Correct research issues and problems to ensure that operation line running smoothly and efficiently.
• Analyze working efficiency, problems facing then, come up with alternative solutions for continuous improvement.
• Study, monitor and follow the International Foods and Safety Law including other related laws used as data based for further research and development.
• Manage subordinates under supervision to perform tasks as set.
• Follow up and evaluate the performance of subordinate under supervision.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor of Science in Foods Technology or Foods Science.
• Strong experience in R&D within Foods Industry (Pet Food) environment at least 15 years plus.
• Good English communication skill.
• Self-driven and team work attitude and outgoing personality.
