• Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals and workforce planning.
• Identify and implement innovative sourcing methods to attract high-quality candidates, including leveraging social media, job boards, and professional networks.
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and align recruitment efforts with departmental needs.
• Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.
• Enhance the company’s employer brand to attract top talent by promoting the organization's values, culture, and benefits.
• Represent the company at job fairs, career events, and other networking opportunities.
• Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates and maintain strong relationships with potential hires.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruitment professionals (if applicable).
• Train hiring managers on effective interviewing and selection techniques.
• Track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies.
• Use data insights to identify trends and continuously improve recruitment practices.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including HR teams and department leaders, to ensure alignment of talent strategies.
• Partner with external agencies and vendors as necessary to support recruitment efforts.
Kualifikasi
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Experience: Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5-7 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, sourcing tools, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
• Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing recruitment metrics.
