Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 15+ years of experience in merchandising, with at least 5-8 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful merchandising strategies.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and market trends.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
