As the Compensation & Benefits Department Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and overseeing our organization's compensation, benefits, and expenses strategies in alignment with our company's overarching business objectives. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving our compensation and benefits programs to new heights of excellence.
Kewajiban
• Develop and implement strategic plans that align with the organization's overarching strategies, policies, and requirements to optimize our compensation and benefits programs.
• Exercise meticulous control over the disbursement of various benefits, ensuring strict compliance with company regulations while continuously evaluating and enhancing our offerings.
• Lead and manage a team responsible for coordinating and executing various welfare activities, Visa & Work Permit matters, ensuring that all activities are carried out in full compliance with company laws and regulations.
• Take charge of the annual budget preparation for the department, working closely with senior leadership to ensure that budgetary plans are in harmony with company objectives and policies.
• Execute tasks with precision and timeliness, setting the highest standards for your team and yourself, and ensuring that all compensation and benefits activities are aligned with specified plans and timelines.
Kualifikasi
• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, with advanced degrees or certifications being a plus.
• Demonstrated track record of 7+ years of progressive experience in compensation and benefits management, showcasing your ability to lead and drive change in this critical area.
• Exhibit a deep and up-to-date knowledge of compensation and benefits principles, regulations, and best practices, with a keen understanding of emerging trends and industry benchmarks.
• Strong analytical skills to assess the effectiveness of compensation and benefits programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
• Exceptional leadership and communication abilities, with a proven capacity to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior management.
• Ability to think strategically and provide thought leadership in designing innovative compensation and benefits solutions that attract and retain top talent while meeting the company's financial goals.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
