The Head of E-Commerce Marketing is responsible for developing and implementing e-commerce marketing strategies that align with the company’s objectives, managing sales targets, overseeing platform management, leading the marketing team, and ensuring effective collaboration across departments.

• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement e-commerce marketing strategies that align with the company’s overall objectives. Identify key market trends and opportunities to improve online sales performance.
• Sales Target Responsibility: Set, monitor, and achieve sales targets for all e-commerce channels. Analyze sales data and market conditions to adjust strategies for meeting and exceeding sales goals.
• Platform Management: Oversee and manage marketing efforts on new and existing e-commerce platforms such as Lazada, TikTok, Shopee, and the company’s own online store. Ensure consistent brand presence and optimize each platform for maximum revenue generation.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the e-commerce marketing team, fostering a collaborative environment focused on achieving high performance and innovation.
• Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of all e-commerce marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of e-commerce marketing activities, providing regular reports and insights to the senior management team. Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and drive continuous improvement.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as Product, IT, and Sales to ensure alignment and integration of e-commerce initiatives with broader business strategies.
• Budget Management: Manage the e-commerce marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.

• 10+ Years of Experience in marketing communication, brand management, and strategic planning, preferably in the retail industry.
• Strong leadership and management skills: Ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve excellence. Experience in leading cross-functional teams to deliver impactful marketing campaigns and drive business results.
• Expertise in data-driven marketing: Ability to analyze complex data sets to make informed decisions that drive revenue growth and improve customer experience.
• Proficiency in e-commerce marketing platforms: Experience in managing and optimizing sales on platforms like Lazada, TikTok, and Shopee, ensuring seamless integration and consistent brand messaging across all digital channels.
