The Senior Strategic Sourcing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies, reducing purchasing expenses, and supporting customer inquiries related to productivity and materials.

Kewajiban

• Develop, lead, and execute sourcing strategies for existing supply base
• Reduce company’s purchasing expenses and improve purchasing effectiveness
• Support customer’s request on productivity and material questions
• Work closely with global purchasing to review purchasing price and commodity quote.
• Forecast price and market trends to identify changes in sourcing strategies.
• Supervise sourcing staff for sourcing activities.
• Reports to management.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's degree in engineering of mechanical Engineer or any related field
• Minimum 8 years in sourcing, procurement with experience in managing group of employees.
• Proven knowledge in sourcing and/or procurement management and Strategic Purchasing
• Knowledge in electronics or mechanical supply base is preferred CAD/CAM/CNC
• An understanding of engineering fundamentals
• Knowledge of the development and create of prototypes.
• Experience in product validation
• Leadership and Teamwork
• Good command of English
