Kewajiban
• Administer and oversee employee lifecycle activities, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Serve as a point of contact for employees and managers, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employee relations.
• Coordinate and facilitate training and development initiatives.
• Manage benefits administration, including enrollment, reporting and employee inquiries.
• Maintain and update HR systems and records to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
• Work with the team to develop and implement employee engagement activities, including recognition events, team-building activities, and wellness initiatives.
• Participate in special projects and other HR-related initiatives as needed.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
