As the Retail Marketing Manager for Thailand, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of Kerry’s Retail business by tailoring and activating regional strategies, focusing on localizing and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns for a best-in-class customer experience.

Kewajiban

• Key person in Thailand from retail marketing team to engage with the customers.
• Own and drive marketing activation plan and pipeline opportunities.
• Prepare and present business analysis which covers key insights, trends, performance metrics and any other data as required, to give marketing support from the lens of Product Category/ Channel/ market dynamics.
• Create & execute innovative ways to engage customers by bringing to live relevant insights.
• Establish partnerships between internal business functions – Commercial, Chefs, Research Development & Applications, Relevant Regional/ Global teams and Key External Business Partners/ Enablers in-country and in-region.
• Support and work closely with Indonesia Country’s Commercial lead on strategies and execution.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration or similar field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a marketing role, from a Food & Beverage, or FMCG industry.
• Knowledge and exposure in brand management, activation, event management is a must.
• Project management skills, ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Proficiency in market research process and generating insights from multiple data points.
• Comprehensive experience in digital marketing promotion would be a bonus.
• Demonstrated experience in collaborating with external agencies, particularly market research agencies, showcasing adeptness in fostering productive partnerships.
