The Customs Declaration Officer position involves managing import/export Customs declarations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and facilitating communication between clients and Customs authorities. The role requires proficiency in English or Chinese and offers opportunities for fresh graduates.
Kewajiban
• Accurately enter import/export Customs declarations and related data into Customs clearance systems.
• Ensure that all entries comply with relevant Customs laws and regulations.
• Verify the accuracy of documentation such as invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading before entry.
• Prepare and submit necessary documentation for Customs clearance.
• Maintain up-to-date records of all Customs filings, including proof of entry, duties paid, and release documents.
• Assist in generating Customs reports as required by management.
• Stay informed about the latest changes in Customs regulations, tariffs, and trade agreements.
• Ensure compliance with relevant local and international Customs laws.
• Assist in resolving any issues or discrepancies with Customs authorities, ensuring smooth clearance of goods.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure timely clearance.
• Communicate with internal departments to gather necessary shipment information.
• Respond to inquiries from Customs and other regulatory authorities promptly.
• Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or delays related to Customs clearance.
• Assist in coordinating solutions for non-compliance issues or Customs holds.
• Generate reports for management detailing Customs clearance activities, taxes paid, and goods released.
• Track and report on performance metrics related to Customs clearance.

• ติดต่อประสานงานกับทางกรมศุลกากร
• ปฏิบัติงาน 6 วัน/สัปดาห์ หยุด 1 วัน
• สามารถเข้างานกะหรือสามารถเข้ากะกลางคืนได้
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor’s degree
• Able to communicate in English or Chinese (preferable).
• Familiarity with Customs regulations and procedures is a plus.
• Proficient in using customs software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks under time constraints.
• Excellent communication skills, both written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of local and international Customs regulations.
• Previous experience in customer service or logistics is an advantage, but not required.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Working day: 6 day/week
• Working Time: Shift
• Can working on night shift
• Knowledge of local and international Customs regulations
