• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends, consumer behaviors, and competitive insights within the market.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales team to translate research findings into actionable marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Work with the product development team to guide the creation of new products based on market trends, consumer needs, and competitive analysis.
• Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring all marketing and product development initiatives stay on track.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies and campaigns, providing recommendations for improvements based on research findings.
• Lead focus groups, surveys, and other research methodologies to gather consumer insights.
• Provide thought leadership on emerging trends and best practices within the express or supply chain industry.
• Present research findings and recommendations to key stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's degree or above
• More than 5 years of experience working in Product Marketing, Market Research Analyst.
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible under changing and dynamic conditions.
• Well organized, proactive, can-do attitude.
• Great analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in Chinese
