Kenvue is currently recruiting for an R&D Scientist – Process Deployment (Personal Care) position, which involves processing scale-up and deployment across multiple brands and product platforms. This role is part of an Asiawide R&D organization responsible for taking innovations from concept to launch, serving millions of consumers across multiple markets.

Kewajiban

The R&D Scientist Process Deployment is responsible for the scale-up & implementation of manufacturing processes across a range of personal care liquids.
• Responsible for scale-up and deployment of process designs for key global and regional brands such as Aveeno®, Neutrogena®, OGX®, Clean & Clear® & Johnsons Baby®
• To maintain a safe and healthy work environment
• Your primary responsibility is to deploy product innovation into the hands of our consumers – taking a formulation designed at our R&D Hub in Singapore and determining the best way to assemble those ingredients into a product that consumers love.
• Delivering quality safe & efficacious products with exceptional consumer experience whilst ensuring a perfect fit to our manufacturing lines – and all at the right cost & efficiency.
• You will need to be a strong “integrator” – combining requirements on product performance & quality, together with a strong Design for Manufacturing mindset.
• This will mean you working with Formulators, Analytical Teams, Quality, Supply Chain and factory teams, so you need to be a strong communicator and ensure our innovations deliver On-Time-in-Full.
• We believe Process Deployment is a critical enabling capability to ensure we execute with excellence, so we are also looking for an individual that is curious, inquisitive and constantly looking for opportunities where processing can drive efficiencies in the business; this could be new sustainable ways to manufacturing our products, improving operational efficiency for innovations in deployment – all while ensuring we meet quality and consumer expectations.
