KDDI looking for potential candidate for 'IT Customer Support (Japanese Speaking)' positions.

Kewajiban

Customer Support Function:
• Receive and response Japanese customer for incidents/requirements via call and e-mail.
• Handle customer's complaint and provide troubleshooting solutions in order to meet customer's satisfaction.
• Office & Onsite troubleshoot problem about network, PC, etc.
• Coordinate with related parties to troubleshoot and update until problem is solved.

Provisioning Function:
• Coordinate with KDDI HQ in Japan for each network installation project
• Japanese communication between Japanese person and support engineer.
• Follow up work status according to work schedule.
• Translate some Japanese document (such as work procedure) to English and work with team

Kualifikasi

• Fluent Japanese and English Speaking person (any nationality)
• Preferred to have bachelor Degree of Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, Business Computer.
• Have experience in helpdesk IT support (PC, Server, etc..) and network troubleshooting (LAN, WAN) is better but acceptable if candidate know basic of PC and network.
• Have troubleshooting skill, Strong service mind, good mindset.
• Can work together with other team's members and can work under pressure.
