KDDI is looking for a potential candidate for the position of IT Customer Support Server Engineer, specifically for a Thai English Speaker at the Senior/Executive Level.
Kewajiban
• Monitoring, maintenance, and support Windows Server 2016 2019 and 2022 environments.
• Plan, install and maintain systems software to ensure a secure and efficient data processing environment.
• Expertise in Windows Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, File and Print Services, Terminal Services, backup Candidates must have good analytical skills and able to troubleshoot methodically.
• Provide technical support to both systems operation supports.
• Level 2 & 3 support for high critical business applications.
• Create the report according to customer contract.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor Degree of Computer Science, IT Computer Engineering, Business Computer, or another related field.
• Have Experience 3 years in implementation or maintenance.
• Able to do on-site support and up-country.
• Able to work under pressure and time constraint.
• Good command of both written and spoken English.
• Passionate in learning new technology.
• Server, NAS, Enterprise Storage, Backup storage.
• VMware/Hyper–V virtualization, Windows server, Radius server, Certificate authority server.
• Windows Active Directory, File server, Backup, replication, DR/DC site solution.
• Antivirus, E-mail migration (G-suite / O365/ hosted mail), Public domain registration.
• Candidate with additional skills below are preferred:
• Hyper Converged Infrastructure, SAN switch.
• Large scale of P2V for migration on-premises to multi-cloud environment.
• Basic network concept (for coordinating with network team).
• AWS cloud infrastructure, Linux, Database, Virtual Desktop Solution.
