The Trade Marketing Manager will develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base, while managing relationships with key retailers and distributors.

• Develop and implement strategic trade marketing plans and promotion to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
• Manage relationships with key retailers and distributors.
• Analyze market data and consumer trends, and scout new opportunities for growth.
• Craft compelling marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience, leveraging both traditional, key accounts and digital marketing channels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
• Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient use of resources for maximum impact.
• Analyze market feedback and campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and other marketing opportunities to bolster brand visibility and foster business relationships.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in trade marketing management, ideally within the food and beverage or FMCG sectors.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Innovative thinker, with driving & tracking record of implementing creative marketing solutions.
• Fluent in both Thai and English, to cater to our diverse clientele and business needs.
• Willing and able to travel as required for market research and promotional events.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Data Analysis.
